Stainless Steel Top Wire
The fiber cement hatscheck machine cylinder is covered with two layer stainless steel wire mesh, top wire and inner wire. The top wire yarn is round yarn is same as paper machine cylinder mould stainless steel wire mesh, but the inner wire is flat yarn. Normally the weight of fiber cement board or roofing sheet is heavier than paper sheet, so this structure will make the stainless steel wire more strong and solid to transfer the felt and board.
