The hatchek machine method make fiber cement board and fiber cement roofing sheet will use cylinder mould to forming the board sheet. The cover of cylinder mould, is endless type stainless steel wire. Normally the cylinder mould cover will have two layer, inner stainless steel wire and top stainless steel wire. The yarn of inner stainless steel wire is flat, and the yarn of top stainless steel wire is round. Sun Hong use high quality stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316 to make our mesh.

Seam Type of Stainless Steel Wire

The cylinder mould cover usually use endless type stainless steel wire mesh. Sun Hong have high technology welding methods -- spiral diagonal seam to weld the wire to make it a round and can directly cover the mould.
