What is Corrugator Belt ?

The corrugated cardboard conveyor belt are used for double facer. The corrugator belt is installed on the top pf heat plate and cooling section. It's made of multi synthetic fiber. According to production structure, it can be divided into woven corrugator belt and needle corrugator belt.

The woven corrugator belt,is made of multiple layers of cotton yarn and synthetic fiber blended, woven by a weaving machine, and has the characteristics of large weight per unit area, uneven surface, and high friction coefficient.

The needle corrugator belt is made from polyester fiber and artificial cotton as the basic raw materials, processed through multiple processes by a needle punching machine, and has many advantages such as smooth surface, uniform thickness, and no indentation.
