The Difference between Dryer Felt, Polyester Dryer Fabric and Flcoking Dryer Fabric

In the production process of paper, although ordinary BOM composite dryer felt have the advantages of a relatively flat and delicate felt surface and no mesh marks, they still have disadvantages such as excessive density, excessive thickness, large size deformation, and extremely low breathability due to structural limitations, which can easily lead to uneven drying of paper sheets, low drying rate, easy accumulation of water vapor inside the felt, and paper sheets prone to paper diseases such as "bubble gauze" and "sweat spots" during the drying process, and the use of steam is extremely high. Although ordinary polyester woven dryer fabric has the advantage of high breathability, the dryer mesh marks on the paper surface cannot solve the problem. Even with polyester flat yarn dryer fabric, the problem cannot be completely solved, which is not allowed for high-end paper types, especially special performance paper types. And the flocking dryer fabric combines the advantages of ordinary dryer felt and polyester woven dryer fabric, not only has good breathability, but also has the advantages of completely eliminating paper mesh marks, not easily fiber loss, and having a long service life. It is a product that has been updated and received excellent usage effects.

1.The breathability of the flocking dryer fabric is 2.4 times that of the double-layer BOM composite dryer felt and half that of the polyester woven dryer fabric;

2.The broken strength of the three is basically similar, and the fracture elongation of the double-layer BOM composite dryer felt is relatively high;
