The heat press felt is used on flat heat press sublimation transfer machine for textile industry.
In the hot press setting machine, the felt uniformly transfers heat to the fabric through thermal conduction, while applying uniform pressure to achieve dimensional stability, flat setting, and surface smoothness treatment of the fabric. It is commonly used in processes such as stretching and setting of knitted fabrics, pre shrinking printing, and leather ironing, which can effectively improve product consistency and production efficiency.

The heat press printing felt is usually made of high temperature resistant materials such as polyester fiber, NOMEX, Kevlar, or wool, which can withstand extreme temperatures from 150 ℃ to 680 ℃. It also has low shrinkage, high tensile strength, and good wear resistance to ensure stable operation in continuous high temperature and high pressure environments.
