How to Use The Fiber Cement Board Felt ?

1. The felt narrows beyond the limit

Reason: The rollers are not parallel, and the pressure between the forming cylinder and the breast roller is uneven and biased.

Solution: Flip the felt over. If the felt widens to a width close to that of a new fiber cement board felt, stop the machine to check and correct the parallelism of each roller. Or adjust the pressure between the forming cylinder and the chest roller to be consistent, and after calibration, turn the felt over.

2. Rotten holes in the fiber cement board felt

Phenomenon:

1). The new felt has holes in it

2). Rotten holes before and after operation

3). Rotten holes during operation

Solution:

1). The holes in the new felt are usually caused during transportation. Before loading the new felt, check if the holes correspond to the holes in the packaging bag;

2). The holes on the machine before and after operation were caused by careless lifting of various sticks during the process of covering the felt;

After machine maintenance, the vacuum plates of each roller are not smooth, causing severe wear on the felt, or there may be hard debris in the slurry, or something may fall into it

3. No feeding

Problem:

1). The entire fabric is not loaded

2). Partial non feeding

3). Not feeding on one side

Solution:

1. Pay attention to whether the new felt is flat on the machine, whether there are any loose pockets or loose edges.

2. Slurry ratio (too low asbestos content).

3. The pressure of the washing water cannot be reached, and the purification of the washing water is not good.

4. The felt beater does not rotate or rotates slowly.

5. Uneven squeezing roller.

6. The angle between the cylinder mould and the couch roll wrap is improper.

7. Mesh blockage and inappropriate mesh.

8. Vacuum suction cannot be achieved.

9. The felt is too dirty and has oil stains.

10. Local blockage of the sprinkler pipe.
