Installation of Heat Transfer Printing Felt:

The heat transfer printing felt is usually adjusted before leaving the factory. Because the heat transfer printing felt works at a high temperature of 250 degrees, the cold machine and heat transfer machine felt experience thermal expansion and contraction, resulting in deviation during the initial transfer process. Please use the following methods to solve this problem.

1. During normal transfer printing, if the felt moves to the left, you can drive the reverse direction. At this point, the felt moves to the right and stops at the edge of the large drum. Tighten the adjustment screw on the left end of the tension shaft appropriately, and loosen the adjustment screw on the right end of the tension shaft appropriately.

2.   After using the above method to correct the deviation, if the felt still moves to the left at this time, please turn the high-speed joint screw on the right end of the front tension shaft and push it forward by 5-8mm.

3. Turn the felt to the right and drive in reverse. At this point, turn the felt to the left and stop at the edge of the large cylinder. Tighten the adjustment screw on the right end of the rear tension shaft appropriately, and loosen the adjustment screw on the left end of the rear tension shaft appropriately.

4. After using the above method to correct the deviation, if the felt still moves to the right at this time, please turn the adjusting screw on the left end of the front tension shaft and push it forward by 5-8mm.

Some Thing Need to Know

1. If the content to be transferred is not ready during normal transfer printing, you can lower the speed appropriately, preferably without stopping, to avoid significant color deviation, and do not reverse to avoid shadows.

2. After the machine is used up, it should still be kept in a rotating state because the temperature is still very high after use. Stopping it may damage the felt and reduce its service life. It is necessary to keep its temperature within a safe range before turning off the main power.

3. If there is a power outage during transfer printing, the handwheel should be turned to remove the felt from the drum. The most important aspect is to cool it down. It is estimated that the rotation can only be stopped after it has been lowered to a safe range, but the main power must be turned off to avoid not knowing when the power comes in.

4. When the machine is running at high speed, it cannot be switched between forward and reverse gears to avoid burning out the fuse. It can only be switched between forward and reverse gears after reducing the speed.
