Cleaning Spray Pipe for Fiber Cement Board Felt
In the production process of fiber cement board, the spray pipe is used for cleaning the fiber cement board felt and humidifying the fiber cement board, which has a significant impact on the paper quality and felt life. The spray pipe, equipped with nozzles, is an essential component of the fiber cement board machine. It is widely used in the cleaning of fiber cement board felt, as well as in many process steps such as slurry flushing or stripping, cleaning of rollers, and spraying humidification.
The fiber cement board felt cleaning spray pipe is a key equipment used for cleaning felt. It removes fibers, fillers, and impurities on the surface of the felt through high-pressure water flow or cleaning agent spraying, in order to maintain the water filtration performance and quality of the fiber cement board felt.

Advantages of Spray Shower Pipe for Fiber Cement Board Felt
1. Improving fiber cement board quality: A clean felt can reduce defects such as spots and embossing on the surface of the paper.
2. Extend the lifespan of felt: Effective cleaning can extend the service life of felt by 1-3 times and reduce replacement costs.
3. Improve production efficiency: reduce downtime caused by felt blockage and increase the operating speed of the paper machine.
4. Energy saving and environmental protection: Optimized sprinkler systems (such as key edge cleaning) can significantly reduce water and energy consumption.
Type of Spray Pipe
High pressure spray pipe: The working pressure is usually between 25-40 bar, or even higher (some can reach 35 bar), using needle shaped or narrow fan-shaped nozzles with a spraying distance of 100-200mm. Its high-energy water flow can penetrate deep into the inside of the felt, effectively removing stubborn dirt. It is often installed on the outside of the felt support roller or the fiber cement board side and is the main cleaning method.
Low pressure spray pipe: The working pressure is generally between 2-7 bar, and fan-shaped nozzles are often used for pre wetting, flushing, or in conjunction with high-pressure spraying to improve cleaning efficiency and reduce water consumption.

Pipe diameter size: Common specifications include 54mm, 60mm, 70mm, 89mm, 106mm, 140mm, 158mm, etc., which need to be selected according to the width of the fiber cement board machine and installation space.
Material: The main body and nozzle of the spray pipe are commonly made of stainless steel. The nozzle material can be selected from wear-resistant materials such as ceramics and rubies to extend its service life.
Spray width: The effective width of the spray pipe must match the width of the fiber cement board felt to ensure full coverage.
