Difference between Seam Press Felt and Endless Press Felt

-- The structure of endless felt is a whole endless weave, no seam , so it is not easy to occure problem due to seam position. Endless felt have good size stability and compression performace, suitable for high speed and wide paper machine. But when change endless press felt it need remove the press roll, so it need more labor and time.

-- The seam press felt is woven by single seam or double seam ring. It have high technology requirement of seam position. If the seam process is poor, it will destroy the felt and affect the paper quality. But seam press felt have more easily and quickly installation.
